Refunds
This site is a small independent venture for selling my bubble solution packets. I have no formal business experience and may occasionally make mistakes. Because I value fairness, I offer refunds under certain conditions to ensure no one loses money due to errors or unforeseen issues.
While I am not a large business, I am committed to providing fair refunds in the following situations:

Non-Delivery: If you do not receive your order within 30 days after you were notified that I mailed your item, you may request a refund.

Damaged Items – If your packets arrive significantly damaged and are unusable for making giant bubble juice (e.g., spilled powder resulting in insufficient product), you may request a refund.
To request a refund, please use the Contact page and include specific details about your issue. For example, rather than just stating, “I didn’t receive my order,” please specify the number of days since you bought the item and days since you were notified it was mailed out. If your request is due to damage, I will ask you to provide photos to verify the issue before issuing a refund.
